About the role

  • Define and execute Sensory Design's growth strategy across key products (Alteryon, Feelkits, and other services)
  • Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels (B2B, partnerships, digital campaigns, outbound)
  • Collaborate with the founder and creative/AI teams to refine value propositions and positioning
  • Track performance metrics, optimise conversion rates, and manage pipeline growth
  • Contribute to revenue generation directly (hands-on approach, not only strategic)
  • Support future expansion and spin-off of Sensory Design within our ecosystem

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, business development, or sales for tech, SaaS, or creative AI solutions
  • Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action
  • Ability to operate autonomously and deliver measurable results
  • Fluency in English (Italian and/or German are a plus)
  • Familiarity with early-stage environments and performance-based structures
