About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in commercial insurance sales with a solid understanding of commercial lines (e.g., property, general liability, workers' compensation, etc.)
- A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Active property and casualty insurance license.
- Additional certifications (e.g., CIC, CRM, or CPCU) can be a plus.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and build long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, underwriters, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to assess and address clients' needs.
- Proficient in using insurance software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of commercial insurance policies, terms, and coverage options.
- Familiarity with underwriting processes and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of current market trends and industry changes.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
- A bachelor's degree is often preferred, though not always required.
- A background in business, finance, or a related field can be advantageous.
