About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support for the U.S. Coast Guard's Office of Logistics
  • Develop and implement a US Coast Guard governance structure for an enterprise support equipment program that integrates strategy, policy, processes, people, IT, training, maintenance, and operations throughout the USCG support equipment program.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in USCG aeronautical/ naval engineering practices and procedures as defined in COMDTINST Manual 13020.1 (series) or Naval Engineering Manual, COMDTINST M9000.6 (series).
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in aircraft, cutter/boat.
  • Minimum five (5) years of ALMIS/EAL/DSS experience.
  • Minimum two (2) years instructing or providing classroom training
  • Familiarity with configuration management principles
  • Strong communication skills with experience interfacing with government clients
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with ALMIS, CG-LIMS, or similar logistics/maintenance systems
  • Background in maintenance policy, technical publications, or lifecycle sustainment.
