Compliance Specialist, Crypto
JayBee AGCompliance Specialist advising clients on regulatory, legal, and compliance matters in the fintech and crypto sectors. Engage with established financial intermediaries and implement innovative solutions in Zug and remote.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advising financial intermediaries on regulatory, legal and compliance matters
- Establishing companies for clients
- Preparing, submitting and guiding through licensing applications
- Acting as AML & Risk Officer as part of outsourcing mandates
- Implementing RegTech software for clients
- Drafting and reviewing policies and delivering training
- Coordinating with supervisory authorities
- Co-developing JayBee and contributing ideas for our shared success
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree or other higher education in law and/or compliance; a Swiss education is an advantage
- Relevant professional experience (3+ years), preferably with 2+ years of practical experience in the Swiss financial industry
- Knowledge of financial market regulation such as AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, SRO Regulations, CDB20
- Business fluent in English; knowledge of a Swiss national language is an advantage
- Committed, energetic, proactive personality ready to deliver above expectations
- Independent, goal-oriented work style with strong attention to detail
- Team player with strong communication, reporting & stakeholder management skills
- Tech & AI affinity, preferably in the field of RegTech
- Nice to have: Advanced expertise in crypto, Consulting experience or experience in a law firm, Advanced AI skills and experience with RegTech tools
