About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advising financial intermediaries on regulatory, legal and compliance matters
Establishing companies for clients
Preparing and submitting licensing applications
Acting as AML Officer as part of outsourcing mandates
Evaluating and implementing RegTech software for clients
Drafting and reviewing policies and delivering training
Coordinating with supervisory authorities
Co-developing JayBee and contributing ideas to our shared success

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree or equivalent higher education in law and/or compliance (Swiss legal education required)
Relevant professional experience (2+ years), ideally with a financial intermediary
Strong understanding of compliance software (RegTech)
Strong understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology
Knowledge of financial market regulation (in particular anti-money laundering), ideally in Switzerland
Business fluent in English; knowledge of a Swiss national language is an advantage
Committed, energetic and proactive personality, ready to exceed expectations
Independent, goal-oriented work style with strong attention to detail
Team player with strong communication, reporting and stakeholder-management skills
Nice to have: in-depth expertise in crypto and fintech; Swiss legal qualification; consulting or law-firm experience; startup experience
