About the role
- Advising financial intermediaries on regulatory, legal and compliance matters
- Incorporating companies for clients
- Preparing and submitting licensing applications
- Acting as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Officer under outsourcing mandates
- Assessing and implementing AI solutions in the compliance area
- Evaluating and implementing RegTech software for clients
- Drafting and reviewing policies and providing trainings
- Coordinating with regulatory authorities
- Co-developing JayBee and contributing ideas for our shared success
Requirements
- University degree or other higher education in law and/or compliance; Swiss qualifications are an advantage
- Relevant professional experience (2+ years)
- Strong understanding of compliance software (RegTech)
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its capabilities
- Knowledge of financial market regulations (especially AML)
- Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of a Swiss national language is an advantage
- Committed, energetic, proactive personality, willing to deliver beyond expectations
- Independent, goal-oriented working style with strong attention to detail
- Team player with strong communication, reporting and stakeholder-management skills
- Desirable: deep subject-matter expertise in crypto and fintech
- Consulting experience or experience at a law firm
- Start-up experience
