About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and grow the quality of Tellent HR
Drive our test automation strategy and expand end-to-end coverage in Playwright
Raise the bar for backend testing
Work closely with other QE’s to maintain the test automation strategy
Partner with developers to embed quality early
Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of hands-on quality engineering experience
Senior-level ownership of testing for complex web applications
Experience building and maintaining end-to-end test suites in Playwright
Proficiency testing GraphQL APIs and backend services
Balance of product and technical thinking
Fluent English and Polish for daily collaboration
