About the role
- Create key visuals and develop templates for institutional materials.
- Design and layout e-books, white papers, presentations, and reports for clients in the legal sector.
- Develop commercial proposals and editorial materials, ensuring visual organization and effective communication.
- Create and structure templates for social media to be used and replicated by the Social Media team.
- Explore trends and new digital layout/design tools to optimize production.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and social media teams, ensuring visual consistency across all materials.
- Create simple animated carousels (basic motion design) for social media.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on layout and institutional presentations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
- Experience with Figma to organize layouts and optimize workflows.
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Canva Pro.
- Ability to visually structure complex content, ensuring clarity and sophistication.
- Refined aesthetic sense, with strong typographic choices, visual hierarchy, and layout organization.
- Efficient production pace without sacrificing quality or strategic alignment.
- Familiarity with and interest in AI design tools (MidJourney, Runway, Leonardo AI, etc.).
- Basic experience in Motion Design (After Effects or Canva Animated) for small animations and dynamic carousels.
- Collaborative, organized profile with a commitment to high-quality deliverables.
