💰 €65,000 - €85,000 per year
About the role
- Manage and grow existing and new customers across Europe (DACH + UK/Ireland)
- Serve as the interface between customers and multiple company locations
- Plan and conduct customer visits
- Support the implementation of sales strategy
- Prepare sales plans including lead lists
- Take responsibility for operational sales success in the territory (achievement of KPIs)
- Perform customer and market analysis in collaboration with the business units
- Organize and participate in trade shows and events
- Provide weekly reports to the supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience selling technically sophisticated products
- Technical understanding in mechanics, electronics, etc.
- Fluent in German and English (Japanese or additional languages advantageous)
