About the role
- Planning and delivering training sessions for dealers and end customers
- Developing training materials, service documentation and presentations
- Supporting the service team with maintenance, fault analysis and repairs
- Expanding the dealer service network through knowledge transfer and process standardization
- Close collaboration with international teams and technical experts
- Occasional assignments across Europe (typically 2–3 days)
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent professional experience
- Hands-on service experience with CNC machining centers
- Experience in customer training or technical instruction
- Fluent German (minimum B2) in spoken and written form
- Good English skills (minimum B1)
