About the role
- Manage and expand existing and new customers in Europe (DACH + UK/Ireland)
- Serve as liaison between customers and various company sites
- Plan and conduct customer visits
- Support the implementation of the sales strategy
- Prepare sales plans including lead lists
- Responsible for operational sales success in the territory (KPI achievement)
- Perform customer and market analysis in collaboration with the business units
- Organize and participate in trade shows and events
- Provide weekly reports to the supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in engineering, or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in sales of technically demanding products
- Technical knowledge in mechanics, electronics, etc.
- Fluent in German and English (Japanese or additional languages are an advantage)
