About the role
- Responsible for analysis and report development to support training and manpower requirements
- Provide training in structured and effective writing techniques for course writers
- Coordinate and plan professional development workshops in support of CSFE mission
- Conduct performance analysis and training needs assessments to identify critical performance gaps
- Create original course and testing material through SME consultation and technical publication research
Requirements
- 5 years experience in training system analysis and design
- Substantial experience in Naval Construction Force
- Knowledgeable in Navy training doctrine, manuals, and systems
- Experience with curriculum development and maintenance software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office M365 Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Captivate, and Moodle
