About the role
- Perform the role of Lead Engineer/Scrum Master for the TraCSS System Integration and Cloud Management (SI/CM) team
- Provide expert knowledge of and experience with Agile development scrum methodology
- Collaborate with the product manager to determine goals and priorities for spring planning, grooming and product release
- Manage and motivate teams to achieve mature sprints with on-time delivery and appropriate documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in science or engineering
- 12 years of relevant experience
- Current knowledge of software tools and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively in mission-critical environments
