About the role

  • Lead the TraCSS System Integration and Cloud Management (SI/CM) team
  • Have overall responsibility for the Agile development process
  • Coordinate with the government customer
  • Provide management and leadership for the TraCSS SI/CM team
  • Provide knowledge in applications of Agile development, including Scrum methodology
  • Apply and use metrics appropriate to Agile development to projects and tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in science or engineering
  • 12 years of relevant experience
  • A Master's degree in science or engineering can substitute for 2 years of experience
  • A PhD in science or engineering can substitute for another 2 years of experience
  • Demonstrated skills in leading technical teams
  • Collaborating effectively in high-availability, mission-critical environments
