About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- We are looking for a personality to build, develop and strategically drive our sales organization.
- You will be responsible for building and scaling a structured sales function for custom software projects in the SME segment.
- In this role you will work closely with executive management as well as project and technical leads, and you will have direct influence on JaMoin’s strategic direction with plenty of room for initiative and ideas.
- Active sales of our services in the B2B segment
- Further development of existing sales processes and contribution of your own ideas for scaling and efficiency
- Lead generation and building a structured sales pipeline
- Full responsibility for public and private tenders (RFPs)
- Identification of new business areas and market opportunities with scope for your own concepts and pilot projects
- Development and optimization of the customer journey with a focus on long-term customer relationships
- Preparation of proposals / technical concepts to turn opportunities into actual revenue
- Active contribution to corporate representation (trade shows, LinkedIn presence, pitch decks, PR)
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years’ experience in sales at an IT agency, with verifiable closed deals and revenue responsibility
- Confident in outbound strategies and building scalable sales funnels
- Experience engaging decision-makers in mid-sized companies (SMEs), ideally with a reliable network
- Ability to present complex digital services clearly and convincingly
- Confident use of AI applications in a sales/business context
- Experience managing public and private tenders is desirable
- Ideally, knowledge of the Microsoft stack and Microsoft Azure cloud solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation and a strong results orientation
- Genuine interest in sustainability and Green IT
- Enjoy questioning existing structures and developing them further with your own ideas
- Ambition for personal success, paired with a willingness to grow together with JaMoin
