About the role

Maintain and extend existing platform infrastructure based on Kubernetes and AWS
Deliver the creation of scripts/tools to help streamline the development process
Work with backend, frontend, and analytics engineers to define optimal deployments of services on our infrastructure
Contribute ideas in a collaborative, supportive team environment
Work effectively with a large variety of internal and external customers and game teams around the globe

Ideally 6+ years of professional experience as a Software or Platform Engineer
Passionate about working with software engineers and delivering robust platform solutions and developer experience
Strong understanding of modern cloud deployment architectures utilizing Terraform and Kubernetes
Experience with AWS-based cloud services such as RDS, Elasticsearch, S3, EKS
Working understanding of Kafka
Solid skills in languages such as Java, Python, and Typescript
Organized, detail-oriented and able to deliver projects on time
Bonus points for experience with Istio, ArgoCD, Atlantis, Azure, GCP and Github Actions
