Product Manager

• Work with designers, artists, engineers, product managers, QA analysts, and producers to develop live ops content like events, sales, and visuals
• Conduct product management activities for a game or multiple games
• Analyze player demographics, behavior and metrics to identify desirable product features
• Create and execute product development and launch plans and introduce new product features
• Lead and execute semi-complex projects and workflows that impact future developments
• Manage game features and gameplay strategy in response to changes in daily active users and monetization performance
• Identify, test, measure and improve high-impact product changes to drive growth in revenue, reach and retention
• Build automated reports and collaborate with analytics to inform content and business decisions
• Communicate relevant KPIs and updates to stakeholders in a timely fashion
• Determine methods for own work and lead other team members to complete assignments
• Mentor and manage less experienced members of the team
