Work with designers, artists, engineers, product managers, QA analysts, and producers to develop live ops content like events, sales, and visuals
Conduct product management activities for a game or multiple games
Analyze player demographics, behavior and metrics to identify desirable product features
Create and execute product development and launch plans and introduce new product features
Lead and execute semi-complex projects and workflows that impact future developments
Manage game features and gameplay strategy in response to changes in daily active users and monetization performance
Identify, test, measure and improve high-impact product changes to drive growth in revenue, reach and retention
Build automated reports and collaborate with analytics to inform content and business decisions
Communicate relevant KPIs and updates to stakeholders in a timely fashion
Determine methods for own work and lead other team members to complete assignments
Mentor and manage less experienced members of the team
Requirements
Knowledge/Skills in content areas: Mobile gaming, Game development process and game life cycle, Data analysis (game/monetization analytics), Free-to-play market/trends

Either has in-depth knowledge of some specialty areas or broad knowledge of many
Leverages in-depth knowledge to identify needs of and opportunities for teams managed and facilitates development of complex solutions
Typically has 5 to 8 years of progressively complex related experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience analyzing player demographics, behavior and metrics
Experience building automated reports and working with analytics teams
