Work with designers, artists, engineers, product managers, QA analysts, and producers to develop live ops content like events, sales, and visuals.
Manage or participate in cross-functional efforts to develop and execute product development and launch plans.
Create new game and game feature ideas informed by product knowledge, analyses of player demographics and player behavior, and community and customer service feedback.
Analyze data, build automated reports, and work with the analytics team to inform content and business choices during game development and post-launch.
Focus on developing and retaining the audience and driving revenue through monetization strategies.
Identify, test, measure and improve high-impact product changes that drive growth in revenue, reach and retention.
Communicate relevant KPIs and updates to key stakeholders in a timely fashion.
May mentor and manage less experienced members of the team.
