About the role

  • Creating and maintaining clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for software products and services.
  • Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation meets user needs and reflects accurate technical information.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to create and maintain end-user technical documentation.
  • Capable of understanding technical concepts and abstract information from many sources.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Confluence, WordPress, Jira, GitHub, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
