About the role

  • You develop tailored chat and voice bots for our clients
  • You are involved in development from concept through to deployment
  • You define how the required processes can be implemented in dialogue form and create the necessary content for the chatbot
  • You develop integrations with clients' system landscapes as needed
  • You use prompt engineering to improve the bots' efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

  • A successfully completed university degree or an equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in software development or in chatbot development
  • Very good programming skills in Python
  • Experience with the latest LLM technologies and practices
  • You think in a solution-oriented way and approach problems analytically and in a structured manner
  • You enjoy working in a team and with agile methods
  • You work independently
  • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
