About the role
- Develop solutions to integrate and optimize language models within the botario platform
- Monitor trends in NLP and AI research
- Support the team in evaluating model quality and efficiency
- Experiment with new models and architectures to build more powerful chatbots
- Evaluate LLMs with respect to response quality, latency, cost, and other factors
Requirements
- Strong programming skills
- Practical experience implementing AI-related features in software products (from model training to deployment and versioning)
- Experience with Python
- Experience with microservice architectures
- ML model serving
- Docker and related tools
- Initial experience with commercial deployment of open-source LLMs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies
- Analytical and structured approach to problem solving
- Independent working style and enthusiasm for AI
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
