About the role

  • You make architectural decisions and develop features from quick prototypes to scalable services — backend, API design, and data modeling.
  • You orchestrate coding agents and use state-of-the-art AI development tools (Claude Code, etc.) to massively scale your output.
  • You work with football data from a wide range of sources, build data pipelines, and integrate AI models into our platform.
  • You safely bring features into production — Docker, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) — and drive automation of processes consistently.
  • You ensure quality through testing and monitor production operations.
  • From idea to deployment you take full ownership and iterate quickly.

Requirements

  • You have successfully delivered software to production.
  • Proficient in Node.js and/or Python, with experience designing REST APIs.
  • Flutter is a plus.
  • You are a problem-solver who takes initiative and gets things done.
  • You know how to use AI coding tools effectively, critically evaluate their output, and multiply your own productivity.
  • Experienced with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and you always consider automation.
  • Enthusiasm for sports — especially football — and data is not required but is a strong plus.
