About the role

  • Support in acquiring new customers and maintaining existing accounts within football clubs, associations, and sports organizations
  • Assist in preparing proposals and supporting contract negotiations
  • Support in conducting product demos and workshops to clearly and effectively communicate the benefits of our software
  • Provide customer support during the contract period in close cooperation with the sales team
  • Work closely with our software developers to pass on market feedback and help continuously improve the platform
  • Assist with customer visits and participate in events to represent the company and expand our network

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a relevant degree program, e.g., Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • You have initial experience with sales or customer support—through internships, working-student positions, or your own projects
  • You are passionate about sport and can relate to the needs and challenges of our target audience
  • You are communicative, proactive in approaching people, and eager to contribute to building customer relationships
  • Occasional travel and schedule flexibility are an advantage, as you may attend customer visits and events
  • Language skills: English is required; additional languages are a plus
  • Initial exposure to or interest in the football industry and its decision-making structures is desirable
