About the role
- Architect & Build: make complex architectural decisions and develop AI solutions
- Client Projects & Requirements Engineering: work directly with clients to define requirements
- Agentic Engineering: orchestrate tasks for coding agents and leverage modern AI development environments
- Production, Deployment & Testing: bring LLM approaches into production and design deployments
- End-to-End Ownership: take responsibility from concept to launch and monitor production operations
Requirements
- Several years of engineering experience: solid, multi-year professional experience in software development
- Communication & Consulting: comfortable with client interaction and able to explain technical complexity in workshops; fluent German (minimum C1)
- Builder mindset: not afraid to get hands-on or venture into unfamiliar territory
- Polyglot & pragmatic: typically using Python and TypeScript, and occasionally Rust
- Strong DevOps foundation: deeply familiar with containerization (Docker), microservices, and modern deployment processes
- AI tooling mastery: expert at prompting and experienced in efficiently using coding tools
