About the role

  • As a Full-Stack Developer, you design innovative software solutions from the user interface to the database layer.
  • You are familiar with modern web technologies and build scalable applications.
  • You work directly with clients from various professions (e.g., the construction industry), understand their problems and translate them into well-considered technical solutions.
  • You develop frontend and backend components for web-based applications.
  • You design database schemas and optimize queries for performance.
  • You build RESTful APIs and integrate external services.
  • You mentor team members, conduct code reviews and promote best practices.
  • You develop, test and document while making intensive use of LLM-based coding assistants.

Requirements

  • You have a strong degree in Computer Science or a comparable background.
  • You have several years of experience in full-stack development.
  • You have solid knowledge of modern UI frameworks, preferably Angular, alternatively React or Vue.
  • You have backend experience with Node.js and frameworks such as NestJS.
  • You have very good programming skills, follow best practices and have successfully shipped software projects to production using TypeScript and Python.
  • You have experience with databases, in particular MongoDB.
  • You are fluent in German.
  • You can communicate effectively with people from different professions (technical and non-technical).
  • You make the most of LLM-based coding assistants: parallel sessions, MCP tools, Agent.md, workflow automation — and you constantly look for ways to become even more productive.
  • You have a high sense of responsibility and identify risks early.
