About the role

  • Integrate and maintain AI solutions seamlessly and efficiently in production environments
  • Deploy, operate, and monitor our AI solutions in production environments (cloud and on-premise)
  • Develop and optimize our CI/CD pipelines
  • Ensure high availability and scalability of our AI applications
  • Support customers with the daily operation of the platform
  • Ensure smooth delivery of new software releases to customers
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges to improve the performance and efficiency of the lector.ai platform
  • Implement monitoring and logging tools to gain insights into system performance

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Solid experience in operating and monitoring software applications, ideally in AI or Machine Learning
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
  • Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and optimize complex systems
  • Team player who communicates effectively with colleagues across different disciplines
  • German at C1 level or working toward C1 proficiency in the near future
