About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions across a variety of industries
Develop and configure custom Salesforce solutions using LWC, OmniStudio, Apex, Flows, and other declarative tools
Translate solution designs into scalable, high-quality code
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to ensure technical alignment with business needs
Provide input on scalability, performance, and platform best practices during design sessions
Build and deploy features across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
Write unit tests and participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
Debug and resolve development and post-deployment issues
Provide technical support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live phases
Contribute to ongoing optimisation and support of existing Salesforce solutions
Document technical components and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline—or equivalent work experience
Proven Salesforce development experience with a successful track record of project delivery, ideally in consulting or client-facing roles
Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, Apex, and Flows
Experience with custom development and integration of Salesforce with external systems
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for pipelines and deployments is a strong advantage
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and key clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or additional Salesforce certifications highly regarded
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Self-driven and capable of independently owning technical outcomes
