Regional Surveying Manager – South
J&TRegional Surveying Manager for Building Consultancy managing a team in the South region. Focused on achieving objectives and delivering high quality surveying services to clients.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide leadership in the South region
- Manage and operate a regional Surveying Services team
- Achieve business objectives and provide clients with high quality surveying service
- Identify and assist the Operations Director, Surveying, to convert new business opportunities
- Develop and manage the Regional Surveying Services Team through optimum use of resources
- Ensure performance objectives are achieved and achieve a high level of competence among staff
- Collaborate with other managers and business units to enhance client satisfaction
- Help identify Audit improvements and ensure implementation of change measures
- Manage a personal case load and revenue generation appropriate for the regional team size
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of building construction, health & safety, and contract management
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Good degree of IT competency and literacy
- Demonstrate personal and professional integrity and lead by example
- Ability to work and contribute positively as part of a team, and in isolation
- Ability to work accurately under pressure, adhering to deadlines and service standards
- Team leader experience is desirable, but not essential
