About the role

  • You independently research suitable properties in your assigned regions that we could secure for marketing
  • You qualify these property owners by phone for the subsequent sales process and build relationships with them
  • You handle digitally generated customer inquiries professionally and efficiently and schedule on-site appointments for the real estate agents
  • You contact potential partner companies and recruit them for cooperation

Requirements

  • You have a likeable, persuasive personality
  • You possess local knowledge of the Rhine-Main area
  • You have a strong aptitude for communication, sales and business development
  • You bring discipline and a strong work ethic as well as a willingness to learn, team spirit and above-average analytical ability
  • Experience in sales and/or real estate is required
