About the role

  • You independently research suitable properties in your assigned regions that we could bring on board for our marketing and sales efforts
  • You pre-qualify these property owners by phone for the next steps in the sales process and build relationships with them
  • You handle digitally generated customer inquiries professionally and efficiently and schedule on-site appointments for the real estate agents
  • You contact potential partner companies and recruit them for collaborations

Requirements

  • You have a likable, persuasive personality
  • You have local knowledge of the Rhine‑Main region
  • You have talent in communication, sales, and customer acquisition
  • You bring discipline and a strong work ethic, plus a willingness to learn, team spirit, and an above-average ability to grasp new concepts
  • Experience in sales or real estate is an advantage but not required — career changers and entry‑level candidates are welcome if they have the basic talent and the necessary willingness to learn
