About the role
- You independently research suitable properties in your assigned regions that we could bring onto the market.
- You qualify these property owners by phone for the further sales process and build relationships with them.
- You process digitally generated customer inquiries professionally and efficiently and schedule on-site appointments for our real estate agents.
- You contact potential partner companies and recruit them for partnerships.
Requirements
- You have a personable, persuasive personality.
- You have local knowledge of the Rhine-Main area.
- You have a talent for communication, sales, and business development.
- You bring discipline and a strong work ethic, are eager to learn, work well in a team, and have an above-average ability to grasp new concepts.
- Experience in sales or real estate is an advantage but not required — career changers and entry-level candidates with natural aptitude and a willingness to learn are also welcome.
