About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create aesthetically pleasing and effective graphics/images/icons using the tool of your choice (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
Develop text tailored to each email using our ChatGPT / ASANA framework
Set up email templates in Klaviyo
Coordinate projects via Asana and Slack
Learn and integrate into our agency workflow so the whole team works within the same structure
Deliver a first draft within 2–4 days after assignment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in graphic design and copywriting
Knowledge of email marketing
Initial experience with CRM systems (Klaviyo)
HTML skills are a plus
Independent, reliable work style and high self-motivation
Language: German at native-speaker level
Freelance or business registration (self-employed) should be in place
