About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the complete CRM accounts for our clients: create campaigns, automations & segmentations (main tool: Klaviyo)
Act as the interface between design, copy, strategy and clients — ensuring smooth execution
Take briefings, check deadlines & ensure fast information flow via Slack and Asana
Provide feedback on copy & designs — bring your own perspective
Hold regular client meetings, coordinate feedback and communicate results
2–3 short check-ins per working day (mainly via Slack) so the team can respond quickly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in project management, CRM or (email) marketing
Experience with newsletter tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.
Interest in tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop or similar
Structured working style, a good eye for detail & enthusiasm for design
Clear, fast and reliable communication — both written and verbal
Reliability with Slack check-ins — many threads come together
Residence in Germany, but able to work from anywhere in Europe
