About the role

  • Manage the complete CRM accounts for our clients: create campaigns, automations & segmentations (main tool: Klaviyo)
  • Act as the interface between design, copy, strategy, and clients — ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Take on briefings, check deadlines & ensure fast information flow via Slack and Asana
  • Provide feedback on copy & designs — and contribute your own perspective
  • Hold regular client meetings, align internally, gather feedback & communicate results
  • 2–3 short check-ins per weekday (mainly via Slack) so the team can respond quickly and effectively

Requirements

  • Experience in project management, CRM, or (email) marketing
  • Experience with newsletter tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.
  • Interest in tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop or similar
  • You work in a structured way, have a good eye for detail & enjoy contributing to creative work
  • You communicate clearly, promptly and reliably — both written and verbal
  • You are reliable with Slack check-ins — as many threads come together through you
  • You are resident in Germany but can work from anywhere in Europe
