About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Active development and further growth of our clinics and practices within the East region.
This includes process optimization, training and continuing education measures, coordination tasks and monitoring.
You translate strategic objectives into concrete measures.
You lead projects and take on initiatives in the region as well as development measures to increase revenue and profitability.
You are responsible for calendar management and monitoring of staffing/schedule planning.
Onboarding new locations: you support the integration of owner-operated clinics and practices into our group and ensure a smooth transition.
You support maintaining an optimal external appearance of the practice and preserving a high-quality brand image (including marketing channels such as social media, website, etc.).
You coordinate trainings and workshops.
Close collaboration with the Area Manager, project teams, support departments and Central Operations.
You ensure compliance with legal requirements, safety guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification/ professional experience.
Experience as a TFA (veterinary assistant), veterinarian, or experience in the healthcare sector or clinical/hospital environment is desirable.
Experience in an operational role and confidence in working in hands-on operational settings.
Initial experience in project management and interest in working on commercial/business topics.
Knowledge of stakeholder management.
Good process understanding as well as experience with KPI analysis and reporting.
