About the role
- Administer and manage the Mulesoft platform, including configurations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Design, monitor, and optimize APIs, ensuring best practices in security and governance
- Implement monitoring solutions and proactively manage system health and performance
- Work closely with development teams and business stakeholders to support integration needs
- Document integration processes and maintain operational standards
- Support incident management and problem resolution related to integrations
- Hybrid position requiring onsite presence 3x per week in downtown Miami
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT
- 5+ years of experience in integration development and administration
- MUST HAVE: experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform administration and development
- Advanced knowledge of APIs, API management, security best practices, and governance models
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and enterprise integration architecture
- Experience with monitoring tools and proactive platform health management
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Git
- Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services
- Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS cloud services and architecture
- Knowledge of infrastructure components, including networking, servers, cloud services, and security protocols
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
