About the role

  • Conduct analysis and mapping of current processes (AS IS) and design future-state processes (TO BE);
  • Develop and monitor action plans, defining owners, deadlines, risks and KPIs;
  • Plan and manage projects (scope, schedule, costs, risks and dependencies);
  • Lead squad operations using agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), facilitating ceremonies and rituals;
  • Facilitate prioritization of initiatives with stakeholders and Product Owners;
  • Track deliveries, quality and flow metrics, proposing continuous improvements;
  • Serve as focal point between business and technology, ensuring strategic alignment;
  • Identify impediments and take active steps to remove them;
  • Support change management, communication and engagement of the teams involved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management or related fields;
  • Proven experience in business and/or technology project management;
  • Experience in roles such as Project Manager, Agilist, Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Process Consultant.
  • Experience with: process diagnosis and improvement (AS IS/TO BE);
  • Leading multidisciplinary squads;
  • Acting as interface between business and technology areas;
  • Technical knowledge and skills.
  • Strong knowledge in: project management (scope, schedule, cost, risks, dependencies);
  • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban and SAFe concepts);
  • Planning and monitoring action plans;
  • Process mapping and modeling (e.g., BPMN or similar).
  • Experience with: prioritizing demands with stakeholders and Product Owners;
  • Facilitating agile ceremonies and governance rituals;
  • Defining and tracking KPIs and flow metrics (lead time, throughput, WIP, SLA, etc.);
  • Hands-on experience with management tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello or similar;
  • Documentation and collaboration tools (Confluence, Miro, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Behavioral competencies: Strong analytical ability and systemic thinking; Clear and objective communication skills; Facilitation, negotiation and conflict management skills; Proactivity in identifying and removing impediments; Organization, sense of priority and focus on delivering value; Collaborative approach and result orientation.
  • Nice-to-have: Certifications in agile methods, such as: Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II), Product Owner (CSPO, PSPO), SAFe (SA, SSM, SPC or related), Kanban (KMP, TKP, KSI).
  • Project management certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP and PRINCE2
  • Certifications or courses in: BPM / Process Management; Lean, Lean Six Sigma.
