About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary Iterative Health point of contact for sponsors, local affiliates, and CRO country teams across CEE throughout the study lifecycle
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with regional sponsor and CRO decision-makers
  • Structure, document, and facilitate study kickoff meetings and communication frameworks
  • Track and report site performance, activation status, enrollment progress, risks, and follow-up actions
  • Build stakeholder maps and engagement plans for active and pipeline sponsors and CROs
  • Develop study-specific kickoff materials, RACIs, and process flows
  • Educate sponsors on Iterative Health’s operating model, site capabilities, and network standards
  • Build evidence-based service narratives using site performance, activation timelines, and execution track record
  • Support business development with current evidence of network performance, site quality, and delivery track record
  • Maintain and present performance dashboards and status updates
  • Escalate site-level risks and sponsor concerns to internal stakeholders and drive resolution
  • Improve sponsor satisfaction, study retention, and Iterative Health’s share of new studies in existing relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in clinical trial operations, sponsor-facing roles, or study management within pharma, biotech, a CRO, or a site network organization
  • Proven track record of building and managing sponsor or CRO relationships in an operational capacity
  • Deep understanding of clinical trial processes, site operations, and sponsor-CRO-site dynamics across Central/Eastern Europe
  • Experience leading study kickoffs and managing cross-functional stakeholder communication across complex, multi-country studies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging senior sponsor and CRO stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sponsor relationships and studies simultaneously
  • Ability to independently develop clear and structured presentations, RACI-charts, and process flows
  • Fluency in English and Polish required
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% across the region
  • Experience within or alongside a site network organization preferred
  • IBD, GI, hepatology, or obesity clinical trial experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce, Asana, or CRM/project management tools preferred
  • Familiarity with the EU-CTR regulatory environment and CEE country-level affiliate structures preferred
