About the role

  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Development of test scripts in different applications and with agile and continuous integration environments.
  • Execution of manual tests, to ensure the quality of our clients’ applications
  • Payment gateway integrations
  • CRM synchronization
  • Ensure secure and seamless transaction processes.
  • Support integration testing with CRM and third-party systems.
  • Perform:
  • - Functional testing
  • - User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • - Non-regression testing
  • - Usability testing
  • Issue identification, investigation, tracking and follow up of the issue’s lifecycle
  • Analyzing test results and reporting to the development team.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.

Requirements

  • 3/5 years of experience in Quality Assurance
  • ISTQB Foundation Level certification (or equivalent) preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technologies, or related field
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Experience with CEGID (or similar ERP) is a plus
  • Experience in QA Management activities is a plus
  • Experience with Automation testing (any tool /framework / language) is a plus
  • API testing (Postman) is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Java is a plus
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
