About the role

  • Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to define test conditions and acceptance criteria
  • Design, write, and maintain test cases and test scenarios, ensuring optimal coverage of requirements
  • Prepare test data and configure environments required for test execution
  • Execute functional, regression, and integration test campaigns (SIT / UAT)
  • Identify, document, and track defects until resolution, working closely with development teams
  • Actively participate in UAT phases with business stakeholders and provide end-user support
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of test processes and quality practices
  • Produce clear, structured reporting on test progress, coverage, and identified risks
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment with project teams (POs, developers, architects, business stakeholders)

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Test Analyst
  • Strong experience in designing and executing functional tests
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum environments
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and to challenge specifications
  • Rigor, analytical mindset, and attention to detail
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, ALM or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of API testing or automation (BDD, Gherkin, Selenium, Cucumber, etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Fluent French required
