About the role
- Customer acquisition: You identify and win new B2C customers — e.g., healthcare practitioners, care facilities, and similar.
- Empathetic, smart consulting: You develop intelligent, tailored solutions for our customers.
- Relationship expert: You maintain existing clients and strategically expand your network.
- Market expert: You spot trends and turn them into new opportunities.
- Team player: You work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Service.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or a related field
- Alternatively: career changers with strong sales experience
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales, ideally in IT or healthcare
- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
- Ability to work independently and a high level of motivation
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent German skills (at least C1)
