About the role

  • Plan and execute design and user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and co-creation.
  • Create consistent visual interfaces aligned with the brand identity and design principles.
  • Develop reusable design components to optimize consistency and scalability across projects.
  • Design intuitive interactions and conduct tests to validate solutions based on user feedback.
  • Conduct in-depth research, perform benchmarking, and apply strategic data to validate hypotheses and optimize the user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and prioritize user needs.
  • Create navigable prototypes and high-fidelity wireframes, always focused on improving the user experience.
  • Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to gather information and ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Communicate results and insights to stakeholders and contribute to the evolution of products.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in digital product design, with a portfolio demonstrating your UX/UI work.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
  • Skilled in user research, usability testing, and prototyping.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and use metrics to guide design decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to document and present results clearly and concisely.
