About the role

  • Conduct prospecting of potential clients through research and identification of qualified leads
  • Make cold calls to initiate conversations with potential clients
  • Qualify leads to determine the level of interest and fit for the product or service offered
  • Update lead information in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Provide feedback on the performance of lead generation campaigns and the effectiveness of outreach strategies
  • Support immediate leadership by preparing operational reports and compiling information to support decision-making
  • Communicate with other team members to give and receive guidance necessary for task execution

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a university degree in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related areas is desirable (not required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasive ability
  • At least 6 months of experience in pre-sales (BDR/SDR) or similar positions
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage daily activities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
