About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support mapping and organization of financial processes;
- Assist in creating and improving internal controls;
- Support preparation and updating of spreadsheets and reports;
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the department's routines;
- Support structuring of automated financial processes;
- Assist in organizing financial documents and information;
- Provide support to the finance team's requests.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently studying Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields;
- Interest in processes, organization, and continuous improvement;
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile;
- Previous experience or exposure to administrative and financial activities;
- Experience with financial routines;
- Familiarity with automation, productivity tools, or data analysis;
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and organizing information.
