About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support recruitment and selection processes;
- Actively source candidates for open positions;
- Assist with onboarding and integration of new hires;
- Organize documents and manage administrative routines for the HR area;
- Support general requests from the Human Resources team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Organized and detail-oriented;
- Comfortable with digital tools and Microsoft Office;
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
