Requirements

What you’ll need

Full-stack professional: You are proficient in Java and have experience with frontend technologies such as React or Angular and backend frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot.
Databases: Whether relational databases like MySQL or NoSQL databases like MongoDB — you know them inside out and understand how to design efficient data models and queries.
CI/CD: With Maven, Gradle, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Git, etc., and similar build-management tools, you automate the build process and ensure smooth deployments.
CI/CD pipelines are second nature to you.
Containers: Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift are indispensable tools in your development environment to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Cloud: You have experience developing in cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform.
Monitoring tools: You understand the importance of application monitoring and logging and use tools like the ELK Stack or Splunk to gain insights into application performance.
Security-conscious: Application security is always a top priority for you. You are familiar with security technologies such as Spring Security, OAuth and JWT and ensure vulnerabilities have no chance.
Strong communicator: You know good ideas need to be shared. You work well in a team and can convey your knowledge clearly and understandably.
Willing to learn: The IT world is changing rapidly, and you are always ready to learn new things and continue developing professionally.
Willingness to travel: You are open to assignments at client sites and see this as an opportunity to broaden your horizons.
Language skills: You are proficient in German at least at C1 level. English skills are a definite plus.
