About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively prospect new clients through cold outbound strategies
  • Develop and execute demand-generation activities for Enterprise accounts
  • Map the market and identify customer needs and opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new business
  • Conduct consultative meetings with managers, directors, and C-level executives
  • Prepare commercial proposals and lead strategic negotiations
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Keep the CRM updated and track sales metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in sales within technology companies
  • Experience selling consulting services and/or IT staff augmentation
  • Strong background in active prospecting (hunter/cold calling/outbound)
  • Experience negotiating with mid-size and large companies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, resilient, results-oriented, with an ownership mindset
