About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work in the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring standardization and organization of routines
- Support project governance (schedules, meeting minutes, documentation, and controls)
- Monitor project performance indicators
- Support portfolio control and resource allocation (FTE)
- Consolidate operational information and support the preparation of management reports
- Update and maintain dashboards (Excel / Power BI)
- Ensure quality and organization of project information
- Support tracking of project risks and status
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years' experience in PMO / Project Management / Planning or Processes
- Experience with project governance routines
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data organization)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and PMBOK
- Experience in monitoring KPIs/indicators
- Strong written communication (reports, meeting minutes, documentation)
- Organized, analytical profile with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
- Experience working in consulting environments
- Intermediate English
