Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in the development of a technical stack for operating radio networks
Responsible for preliminary research, design, improvement and monitoring of AI solutions
Optimize automated monitoring and the energy efficiency of the network
Integrate solutions into business applications
Consult with stakeholders to understand use cases
Provide guidance on requests and clarify uncertainties in data science
Design data models to support activities
Collect data and ensure its quality
Propose innovative solutions
Develop AI models (machine learning, deep learning)
Document methodologies and present results

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of experience in applied AI (PhD, laboratory research)
3 years of experience in Data Science (AI-focused)
Proficiency with machine learning and deep learning methods
Knowledge of AI model optimization techniques: hyperparameter tuning, regularization techniques, selection of the most relevant features
Ability to work in a team
Project management skills
Adaptability
Strong communication skills with external stakeholders; political awareness
Ability to rationalize needs and design reusable solutions
Technical autonomy, rigor, curiosity, versatility, good judgment, IT culture
Languages: French & technical English
