About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and delivery of major features and projects within the Integrations Platform.
Drive the evolution of the integration authoring experience.
Champion reliability, scalability, and observability practices.
Build developer tooling, packages, and libraries to reduce friction.
Partner with product, platform, and customer success teams to translate customer needs.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning workflow orchestration and service scaling.
Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies and frameworks for integration authoring.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant time designing and scaling distributed systems, developer platforms, or integrations frameworks.
Demonstrated experience owning the architecture of significant features or subsystems end-to-end.
Strong coding ability across backend services, SDKs, developer tooling, and agent-based systems.
Experience working on edge platforms — Windows especially, plus Linux and macOS.
Experience working with multiple orchestration models for distributed systems.
Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development or agentic workflow systems.
Strong grounding in system reliability, security, and performance optimization.
A track record of technical leadership and mentorship.
Excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Must be a US citizen or permanent resident living within the United States.
